My Compound
Student will view their compound in imaluum
when clicked on pay, it will redirect to a page in icos.iium.edu.my
click on pay via FPX and enter required information (select bank,email). The billing address is optional
Click on pay and proceed to FPX page. In this case,the maybank fpx will be used as an example. Enter the required bank information (password and username)
choose your saving account and click on continue.
a TAC code will be sent to your associated phone number
Click button confirm to continue the transaction. If the transaction is successful, offender will view status as figure below

My Appeal
student will view their appeal button in imaluum.edu.my
Click on appeal button and the page will redirect to https://icos.iium.edu.my/myappeal
choose the compound or summon that you want to appeal and click on appeal button.
Upload an attachment as a proof of your appeal. fill in the description field and click on the appeal button. An email will be triggered to the appeal approver.
Error 500 : Email Not Found
These are the manual guide if the student gets an error after clicking the button appeal through i-Ma'luum.
We advise the student to activate and reset both IIUM live email and i-Ma'luum account.
Activate/Reset IIUM Live Email
1. Go to i-Ma'luum <click here>
2. On the landing page, click Microsoft Live Account - Self Registration
3. Fill in the form and go through the process.
* If the account is already registered, the student will view "Your Office365 account has already been provisioned!
If you have forgotten your password, please reset it here." go to step number 4 to reset.
4. Fill in the form and go through the process.
5. Remember to save your password.
Reset i-Ma'luum password
The purpose is to synchronize your account and Live IIUM email updated.
1. Go to i-Ma'luum <click here>
2. On the landing page, click Forgot Password
3. Fill in the form and go through the process.
4. Remember to save your password.

After the student does the above steps, kindly go to your i-Maluum and do the process for appeal.
